YASA Tujengane Mentorship

Ms. Lucy Muiruri is an ICT, GRC professional with over twelve years’ experience in the telecommunication, banking and NGO sectors. She has held various roles in the information risk management functions of Access Kenya Group (Internet Solutions), Safaricom Limited, World Vision International, Central Bank of Kenya amongst others. She is a board member of the ISACA Kenya Chapter and is currently serving as the Certification Coordinator. She is passionate about assisting organizations embrace technology to achieve organizational goals while managing the associated risks.

She holds a BSC. Computer Science, from the University of Nairobi as well as several professional certifications such as; Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and ITIL ®Expert Certificate in IT Service Management. She is also an ITIL® Approved Trainer by PeopleCert.

She is passionate about mentoring youth to pursue careers in the ICT field and to dream big regardless of the social status or current challenges.

Ms. Lucy will be our speaker during this week’s mentorship session.
